Join us at the Stettler Public Library for Living, directed by Oliver Hermanus from a screenplay by Kazuo Ishiguro. Inspired by Leo Tolstoy’s The Death of Ivan Ilyich, it depicts a 1950’s bureaucrat facing a fatal illness. The film has received positive attention and was nominated at the 95th Academy Awards for Best Actor (Bill Nighy) and Best Adapted Screenplay. We will have the popcorn on!
