The Stettler Public Library will be closed to in person visits until at least January 21.  Curbside pick-up and virtual programming are ongoing. Call us for more information or to schedule your pickup time. If you do not have a library card, sign up to receive one! Library cards are free for residents of the Town or County of Stettler. We are also offering printing, scanning and fax services through curbside delivery. We are waiting on Stage 3 to reintroduce volunteers to the Stettler Library, If you are interested in volunteering at the library please email spl@prl.ab.ca We would love to meet you and find out what your interests are.

General Volunteer positions: Help is needed with a variety of tasks - shelving materials, and behind the scenes tasks such as book processing, preparing materials for library programs, and much more.  If you are interested in joining our team, please complete our Library Volunteer application form. When a volunteer position becomes available you will be contacted. All prospective volunteers are interviewed before being placed in available opportunities. Not all who apply can be accepted. Youth Advisory Board Member: The Stettler Public Library is seeking input from teens in grades 7 to 12 who want to gain leadership experience and help make the library a better place. The work involves attending a monthly meeting and helping at occasional events. We are looking for teens who are interested in developing their leadership skills and who want to contribute to their community by providing input on library services and programming offered by the Stettler Public Library team for teens.
