Stettler Public Library Board meetings are open to the public. The SPL Board meets monthly except during July and August. Meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of the month at 5:00 PM in the Recreation Centre Board Room. The meeting agendas and documentation will available on the SPL website at least three days before any public meeting. Board decisions are posted within seven days of the public meeting and meeting minutes are posted when they are approved.

Members of the public who wish to give their opinions on matters relating to the library can make presentations, five minutes in length, to the SPL Board. To do so, it is necessary to communicate your request to the Library Board prior to the meeting to have one's name added to the list of speakers before the start of the meeting.
