Plan of Service

On September 20, 2017, with the guidance of Ken Feser of the Public Services Library Branch of Alberta Municipal Affairs, 22 community leaders met to determine how the library can best meet the needs of the community. Between August 2017 to September 2017, 65 community members responded to an online Plan of Service survey, which provided valuable feedback that was used in the planning process.

As always, we value and appreciate any feedback. We strive to be a flexible organization that is able to meet our community needs and expectations in all levels of service delivery.
